MISSIONS

Every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Pastor Daniel Rivera and his team at the Restoration House pass out free lunches at 4913 Broadway Ave. in Gary. We have seen powerful testimonies of lives being transformed in and outside of the building! See how you can get involved in this Kingdom work! Pastor Daniel desires to see the Restoration House expand for women in the upcoming years, as well as hire a full time staff. Prayerfully consider being a part of this mission field!

The Crossing @ NWI has been fortunate over the years to travel to the beautiful Honduras and work alongside many pastors in the villages of Castano, Jacon, Siguatepeque, and Guaymitas. We have worked alongside them building and launching churches, holding marriage, women, and children conferences, as well as loving on the beautiful people through street ministry, and much much more!

God has used the Lucas Family to accomplish so much in the past 9+ years dedicated to the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Indians located on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. The Crossing has been blessed to walk alongside them to see many great things happen through this ministry by prayer, financial partnership, and boots on the ground. In their years there, God has used them to start a church, food bank, clothing closet, prison ministry, homeless ministry, children's summer programming, summer internships, and numerous large-scale outreach events in the community.  They opened their church building which is a 22,000 sq. ft church on the reservation that facilitates after school programs, church, small groups, community events, housing for mission teams and more, and they are in the works of finishing their youth center as of 2026. The Crossing has sent 9 teams in the past years that have used their gifts to help advance the Kingdom of God! The best is yet to come!
